Common questions
How long does a typical deployment take?
Initial deployment is typically 4–6 weeks. Discovery and mapping take 1–2 weeks. The platform goes live with your first governed process within the first month.
Does J-10 replace our existing systems?
No. J-10 is an overlay. Your CLM, ERP, procurement platform and legal AI tools all continue operating. J-10 governs the decisions and commitments that flow through them.
What does the first deployment typically cover?
Most organisations start with one department — usually Legal or Compliance — and one or two governed processes. This gives a rapid proof of value before expanding.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is by department, not per user. Departments pay to own governance controls. Other departments can participate in governed workflows at no additional cost.
What integrations are required?
That depends on your processes. Some deployments require no integrations in the first phase — governance enforces at the workflow level. Deeper data integrations are added progressively.
